Russ Weaver
Hi, I’m Russ Weaver, born and raised in a low-income area of Sacramento, CA, where I was exposed to a lot of worldly things. Violence, drugs, and alcohol were an everyday way of life. Joining the US Navy got me away from that lifestyle, but I later found myself behind bars for a short period of time. It wasn't until I gave my life to Jesus that my life was turned around. Since then, I have served as a Firefighter/Chaplain, Youth Pastor, Small Groups Leader, Small Groups Leader Coach, Men’s Ministry Leader, Safety Team Member, Medical Team Member, and much more. I have a passion for all things Jesus, Scotland, and music. My favorite ministry value is: We will do anything short of sin to reach people for Jesus. To reach people no one is reaching, we will do things no one else is doing.

Lisa Weaver
Hi, I’m Lisa Weaver, a coffee-loving bookworm with a passion to travel and a desire to see Scotland and the rest of the UK on fire for God. I was blessed to be raised in a Christian home and attend a Christian School from Junior High thru High School. I also had the opportunity to graduate from one of the best Bible Colleges in California, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Ministerial Studies. I have been involved in ministry for over 35 years, from working in the nursery to leading small groups and everywhere in between. When I’m not working, you can find me checking out the local thrift stores/charity shops, experimenting with new recipes, or at a coffeehouse buried in a good book. My favorite ministry value is: We will laugh loud, hard and often – nothing is more fun than serving God with the people you love!
